Introduction
N06625 common trade name is Inconel 625,W.Nr 2.4856,it is super alloy,corrosion resistance Nickel based alloy，also well know as high mechanical strength nickel-chromium molybdenum-columbium alloys,. lt has superior resistance to a wide range of corrosive environments as well as the high temperature effects of oxidation and conurbation.

Heat treatment condition:
UNS N06625 products are furnished in two grades of different heat-treated conditions:
Grade l (annealed)-Material is normally employed in service temperatures up to 1100°F(593°C).
Grade 2(solution annealed)-Material is normally employed in service temperatures above 1100°F(593°C) when resistance to creep and rupture is required.
Applications
Aerospace:N06625 alloy is used to manufacture aircraft engine parts, such as turbine blades and fasteners.
Chemical and petrochemical: it is used in chemical and petrochemical equipment to manufacture parts that come into contact with corrosive materials.
Oil and gas: N06625 alloy performs well in the high pressure and corrosive environment of deep-sea oil extraction and is often used in drilling equipment and pipelines.
Nuclear energy: N06625 alloy is used in certain parts of nuclear power plants
